Marketing Assistant – Events & B2B Marketing Sydney | Full-time

Are you early in your marketing career and keen to get hands-on experience across events, campaigns and creative work?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced B2B marketing team where you’ll support conferences, sales enablement and brand activity — and actually see your work out in the real world.

If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy juggling creative tasks with logistics, this role will give you genuine exposure and room to grow.

The role You’ll support the marketing team across a broad mix of activities, including:

Events & conferences
  • Assisting with the coordination of local and international conferences, workshops and events
  • Supporting logistics such as registrations, venues, travel, promotional materials and post-event reporting
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure events run smoothly
Marketing collateral & content
  • Assisting with the creation and ongoing updates of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations and digital assets
  • Ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
Sales support
  • Supporting sales teams with promotional materials and campaign assets
  • Coordinating the distribution of marketing materials as required
Asset & inventory management
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels of printed marketing materials
  • Coordinating re-orders, storage and distribution
Design support
  • Making small updates to marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat)
  • Preparing artwork updates for print and digital use
General marketing support
  • Assisting with marketing administration, reporting and campaign execution
About you Essential
  • Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Exposure to events or conference coordination
  • Experience supporting B2B or sales-focused marketing teams
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals
