Marketing Assistant – Events & B2B Marketing Sydney | Full-time

The role You’ll support the marketing team across a broad mix of activities, including:

The role You’ll support the marketing team across a broad mix of activities, including:
Events & conferences
- Assisting with the coordination of local and international conferences, workshops and events
- Supporting logistics such as registrations, venues, travel, promotional materials and post-event reporting
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure events run smoothly
- Assisting with the creation and ongoing updates of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations and digital assets
- Ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Supporting sales teams with promotional materials and campaign assets
- Coordinating the distribution of marketing materials as required
- Maintaining accurate stock levels of printed marketing materials
- Coordinating re-orders, storage and distribution
- Making small updates to marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- Preparing artwork updates for print and digital use
- Assisting with marketing administration, reporting and campaign execution
- Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to events or conference coordination
- Experience supporting B2B or sales-focused marketing teams
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Hands-on marketing experience with real responsibility
- Exposure to conferences, product marketing and sales enablement
