Our client is an award-winning new home-building company with positive values and fantastic work culture. With many years of experience in the residential construction industry, they pride themselves on taking customers on a remarkable journey to build their new dream home. 

Now, due to continued growth, the business is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking marketing and sales data, creating content, and managing all branding assets for the company.

This role works within the Leadership Team and is responsible for the management of relations with our external marketing consultants and internal sales team.

The Marketing Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategy, alongside external consultants.

Excellent marketing budget to start. 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Working strategically with the general manager and wider Leadership Team, and our third-party marketing team, to identify, lead and manage all facets of the business's online and offline marketing activities
  • Contribute to the development of new products, prices, and all marketing programs and implement marketing systems and processes.
  • Plan and manage an annual promotional calendar.
  • Maintain productive relationships with our advertising, digital, and media agencies.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and inclusions.
  • Determine market research requirements to identify, quantify and prioritise product preferences across target customer segments.
  • Develop marketing programs to launch new display homes.
  • Identify new distribution channels.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Role Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • MUST HAVE: 2-3 years experience working within the home building industry as a marketing manager, brand and content manager or senior marketing coordination position looking to make a step up into a management level position.
  • Experience in product analysis, strategy creation and implementation
  • Experience with digital marketing and content creation
  • Proven experience in blog-style content writing with demonstrable audience engagement
  • Experience in brand development and execution
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practice
  • Experience managing an email marketing program, including website lead management
  • and integration
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media presence across different platforms
  • Reporting and analysis using Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly
  • Proactive and demonstrates initiative
