Job description

What will you do?
  • Carry out hands-on mechanical work across water and wastewater assets.
  • Fault-find, repair, and maintain pumps, valves, actuators, dosing systems, and pipework.
  • Install, test, and commission equipment in workshop and site environments.
  • Complete servicing, overhauls, and refurbishments to a high standard.
  • Read drawings and turn them into quality, practical outcomes on site.
  • Work independently and as part of a skilled team to deliver jobs safely and on time.
  • Maintain strong safety and quality standards across all work.
What will you need?
  • Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner trade qualification
  • 5+ years’ hands-on industrial mechanical fitting experience
  • Experience with pumps, valves, actuators, and pipework
  • Strong fault-finding and overhaul skills
  • Ability to read drawings and work independently or in a team
  • Full Australian driver’s licence
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship required)
