As a Mechanical Project Engineer/Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering challenging, high-impact projects across Australia. You’ll lead mechanical system design and integration across major customer projects.
Whether it’s a mobile plant, material handling, or custom hydraulic system - you’ll work hands-on with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that are built to perform, and stand the test of time.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: circa $130,000 + Superannuation
Location: Sydney, NSW

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end mechanical project management – from concept to commissioning
- Designing, modelling, and validating mechanical components and assemblies
- Collaborating with electrical, software, and hydraulic teams on integrated systems
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Supporting manufacturing and installation activities on-site as required
- Preparing technical documentation, reports, and customer-facing presentations
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or automation systems
- Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency across MS Project and AutoCAD
- Exposure to mining projects with Tier 1 miners highly regarded
- Work on cutting-edge projects with global impact
