Multisite Manager – Aged Care

Gold Coast & Central Coast

We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to oversee operations across three major Care Centres that deliver services on a 24/7 model of care. With two hubs on the Gold Coast and one on the Central Coast, with a third being built in Southern Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to shape and influence community-based care at scale. 

About the Role

As Multisite Manager you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes. Your remit spans governance, compliance, financial oversight, and the development of a strong and supportive team culture.

You will:
  • Oversee operations across two hubs, ensuring smooth delivery of care and support services. While ready a third for opening.
  • Lead, coach, and empower hub managers and their teams to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in client experience, service quality, and outcomes.
  • Travel between the two sites, Open to candidates for either location.
  • Manage budgets and contribute to business growth across the regions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams, clients, and communities.
About You

You’re an accomplished leader with experience managing multi-site operations in aged care, health, community services, or a related sector.

You’re skilled at balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational leadership, and you’re passionate about delivering outstanding care.

I'm looking for someone with:
  • Proven leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services.
  • AHPRA registration - Essential  
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.
  • A track record in managing teams across multiple sites or regions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • A commitment to person-centred, values-based care.
