Gold Coast & Central Coast
We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to oversee operations across three major Care Centres that deliver services on a 24/7 model of care. With two hubs on the Gold Coast and one on the Central Coast, with a third being built in Southern Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to shape and influence community-based care at scale.
About the Role
As Multisite Manager you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes. Your remit spans governance, compliance, financial oversight, and the development of a strong and supportive team culture.
You will:
You’re an accomplished leader with experience managing multi-site operations in aged care, health, community services, or a related sector.
You’re skilled at balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational leadership, and you’re passionate about delivering outstanding care.

- Oversee operations across two hubs, ensuring smooth delivery of care and support services. While ready a third for opening.
- Lead, coach, and empower hub managers and their teams to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in client experience, service quality, and outcomes.
- Travel between the two sites, Open to candidates for either location.
- Manage budgets and contribute to business growth across the regions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams, clients, and communities.

- Proven leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services.
- AHPRA registration - Essential
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.
- A track record in managing teams across multiple sites or regions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- A commitment to person-centred, values-based care.
- $160k-170k base salary + super + 10% bonus (KPI driven).
- Lead a portfolio of three hubs with a dedicated team.
