The Role
Due to growth, this company is looking to add a National Account Manager to the team. This role has been put in place to provide additional focus, and resulting revenue + Net profits to new and existing accounts within the company. This role is responsible for (but not limited to) account management (sales, distribution, promotional management, and profitability) for various key accounts across P&C, Distributors, and Independents.
You will have the support and the collaboration of executive management, sales, supply chain, and marketing to develop strategic plans that ensure growth. This role reports directly into the Managing Director of the company. You will have decision-making abilities to make quick changes. The business is fluid and things move quickly. You will be working in a fun, welcoming and innovative working environment. It's a fast-paced role and you will need experience and prepared to hit the ground running.
This role would suit a Territory Sales Manager OR Key Account Manager seeking to take a step up and develop their career.
