Base Criteria
At least 8 years within Facilities Management, with 5+ years Account Management experience within Australia supporting diverse sites: – technology, manufacturing, mining, corporate, tertiary education, healthcare, prisons, aged care or defence.
Outline Duties
Managing teams and Contract Managers who oversee the delivery of Integrated Facilities Services across a national client portfolio, engaging with direct and sub-contract staff, driving efficiencies, P&L as well as transitioning in / out of new and existing suppliers.
Dealing with a large number of stakeholders you will be a strong people-person who will be responsible for the management, guidance and delivery of direct delivery and sub-contract services, ensuring that best practice Facilities Management Solutions are implemented.

Skills and Attributes
- Commercially astute to manage budgets and commercial obligations under the agreements.
- Leadership, management and coordination of all aspects relating to the direct and sub-contract Facilities Maintenance Services and subcontractors.
- Deliver an Integrated Facilities Service Contract through direct and sub-contract staff.
- Provide regular reporting for all stakeholders including service delivery, planning and scheduling, and KPI reporting.
- Responsible for the Sub-contractor SLA’s and associated HSEQ policies, procedures and systems that support a safe and professional work ethic.
