Key Responsibilities:
  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, legal and other requirements.
  • Identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities
  • Creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new customers
  • Pricing of works
  • Identify areas for growth
  • Develop specialist knowledge of the company products and services
  • Ensure accuracy of project details in preparation for handover to Operations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Sales/BDM role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate yourself to work autonomously and work collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility – you’re used to changing needs and adjusting your schedule to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Outstanding networking and relationship building skills
  • A Team player
