An award-winning and highly established volume home building company, based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with a total team count of 55 full-time staff, are looking to hire an experienced Sales Associate to join their growing sales team based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Position Purpose:
Working alongside an experienced Senior Sales Consultant at the company's Meridian Display Centre and supporting the transition into the company's brand-new Riverfield Display (opening February 2026), this role is the ideal platform to launch your new home sales career.
As a Sales Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the sales process — from greeting clients and managing enquiries to preparing sales documentation and assisting with display presentation. You'll receive direct mentoring, structured training, and a supportive pathway to grow into a Sales Consultant role with the business.

Hours of Operation:
Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (1–2 months)
- Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm
- Saturday to Wednesday, 10am–5pm
- Assist with day-to-day client enquiries and maintain the display home presentation
- Manage client records and CRM data entry (HubSpot)
- Support the preparation of pricing, contracts, and client files
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings
- Work closely with your Senior Sales Consultant to achieve sales outcomes
- Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Confident using technology and CRM systems
- Availability to work weekends and one weekday RDO
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (property background advantageous)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience required
