The role:

• Dry Fire Technician with extensive experience
• Survey and recommend Fire Protection and Safety systems/equipment for customers
• Identify, test, inspect, service and repair/replace fire protection and safety systems and equipment
• Maintain fire equipment and systems in accordance with Australian Standards
• 100% compliance to the Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS) of the business
• Accurately follow internal processes
• Complete service reports

The Candidate:

• Experienced with customers and strong communication skills  
• Electrical Licence and experienced Electrician in the Fire Services area
• Supervisor or Contractor's licence desirable
• Clean Drivers Licence 
• Disciplined, good work ethic and time management skills
• Organised for daily planning & scheduling 
• FPA accreditation for inspecting and testing all fire measures (or willing to obtain)
• Current Police and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• WHS Knowledge and application 
• Hard working and be a self-starter / ability to work on your own when needed and with a team
• This active role also requires someone who is fit, agile and has no issues with climbing ladders for ceiling inspections etc. as required
