Salary: $90-120k base, $22k car allowance, generous commission structure based on sales and objectives, plus super

Requirements:
  • Must have minimum 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience building new business from the ground up
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proactive attitude
  • Understanding of sales principles.
  • Strong influencing and networking skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Key account and time management skills.

Description:
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities to expand product portfolios, enter new markets, and form strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
  • Manage customer base, representing all brands across NSW South.
  • Build new relationships and sell to multiple channels, including hospitals, specialist physicians, general practice, and pharmacy.
  • Identify high-potential customers and key stakeholders.
  • Increase market share through positive relationships and clinical information dissemination.
  • Plan and execute educational forums and training.
  • Attend events promoting company and products.
  • Enhance knowledge of products, competitors, and industry.
  • Maintain high standards of conduct and performance.
  • Ensure prompt reporting of adverse events.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Efficient time management and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Travel as necessary.
