Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the space is well-maintained, welcoming, and fully equipped.
- Be the first point of contact for all members, visitors, and potential clients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage membership inquiries, new sign-ups, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and event spaces, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing community events and member networking activities.
- Handle office supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any member or operational issues with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Manage a small admin team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Proven experience in customer service or office management, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday - Friday full time permanent position.
