Austcorp Executive are currently partnering with a growing Australian building and project management company to recruit a dynamic Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support their leadership team.

Mascot (Hybrid working)
$70,000 - $85,000 per annum + super.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established SME operating across multiple sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and commercial construction. The business delivers complex projects and works with high-profile clients, offering exposure across diverse verticals.

With offices based in Mascot, this role offers genuine flexibility and autonomy within a small, high-performing team.

The Role
Supporting a leadership team of three, this is a broad and hands-on role that will see you involved across all areas of the business. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, working independently, and being a true right-hand support in a growing organisation.

You will gain exposure across operations, project administration, finance coordination, compliance, and general business management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing emails, correspondence and general communications
  • Preparing project handover documentation and maintaining records
  • Creating and maintaining administrative templates and documentation
  • Data entry and invoice processing in Xero
  • Assisting with safety documentation and compliance processes (SiteDocs experience advantageous)
  • Supporting Project Managers with administrative coordination
  • Document control and filing systems
  • General operational and office support
About You
  • Confident working independently in a small team
  • Proactive, dynamic and solutions-focused
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in construction, building or project environments highly regarded
  • Experience using Xero (advantageous but full training will be given)
  • Experience with safety documentation systems advantageous
The Environment
  • Hybrid working model - flexibility to work from home and office
  • Office based in Mascot (1-2 days per week in office expected, but flexible) therefore, must live within a reasonable commute of Mascot
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident required (long term permanent opportunity)
