Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and issuing payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to accounts payable and office management activities.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office events.
- Previous experience in office management and/or accounts payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
