Currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Office Manager/Accounts Payable Clerk.

Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile individual who can effectively manage office operations while also handling accounts payable tasks with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and issuing payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to accounts payable and office management activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office events.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office management and/or accounts payable roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
