The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Training and Engineering team, as well as manage the operations of the company such as reporting and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
A Manager who can lead and mentor a team of Engineers through day to day overside of work and full stakeholder engagement. You will make sure students, staff and clients get great service, operations run smoothly and nothing gets missed.
Requirements:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Training and Engineering team, as well as manage the operations of the company such as reporting and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years’ experience as an operations manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Manage and build relationships with external clients.
- Mentor the team of trainers and do weekly/monthly check ins to ensure a smooth work function.
- Be able to spot risks that may occur and be able to solve these risks in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ as an operations manager or running an RTO.
- Have knowledge of the Hazardous Electrical Engineering sector.
- Hold a Cert IV in Training Assessment (or equivalent)
- Able to work with a diverse team and collaborate on work tasks.
