The Company is a facility management service provider to the Energy and Resources sector. Their Brisbane office is a focus for significant growth with new mobilisations coming up and contract renewals taking place across QLD's energy industry.

The Role is a hands on leadership role, client facing and managing FM operations for multiple small villages for a key resources client. Drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, high safety standards and  build strong internal and external relationships.

  • FIFO role: Either 5/2 Monday to Friday onsite OR 10/4 roster Monday to following Wednesday
  • Salary is $175k + Super + Bonus
The Duties:
  • Manage 12+ staff
  • Coach and develop your team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Improve operating efficiency across sites and villages
  • Meet KPIs and contractual obligations
  • Be a Safety Leader
  • Engage with all levels of staff onsite e.g. Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Grounds staff, Drivers, FM, Trades etc.
The Ideal Profile:
  • Qualifications in Food or Hospitality is preferred
  • Operations experience in large scale Hospitality or Resources sector is highly desirable e.g. Soft Services / Village Manager for large sites
  • Be a go-getter with positive attitude and hands on approach
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Engaging and communication style
