Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall business operations, ensuring efficient processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers in relation to product applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the CEO on the growth strategy, with the aim to take over operational responsibilities as the business expands.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly regarded but not mandatory; candidates with a trade or hands-on pumping background are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or operational management capacity, ideally with exposure to pumping systems in the agriculture or irrigation sector.
- Strong operational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive growth and manage day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key business processes.
- Self-motivated and results-focused.
