The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing vegetation management activities from start to finish, including planning work programs, coordinating resources, and making sure safety, compliance, and commercial outcomes are met. You’ll be the main point of contact for the client, support and guide field teams and Leading Hands, and promote a strong, practical safety-first approach in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and resourcing of clearing operations.
• Drive commercial performance.
• Lead a team of vegetation and field controllers by ensuring a safe and compliant process is being carried out.
• Overseeing and building client relationships.
• Maintain and uphold operational efficiency and productivity.  
• Undertake local business development activities.

Requirements:

• Have a current Australian Driver’s License and full Australian have work rights.
• Proven experience in vegetation management / tree hopping within a commercial/industrial environment.
• Experience in managing safety and risk and lead a team of multi-site staff.
• Strong scheduling and planning skill sets to ensure efficient use of labour and resource.
