A unique opportunity to join a renowned fire protection company as a Passive Fire Auditor / Estimator.
Conduct audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and estimations.
FPAS accreditation required.
About the Role
Make a real impact on building safety! You’ll carry out passive fire audits, inspections, and reporting across Sydney & NSW for commercial, residential and industrial clients.
Provide estimations and costings for remediation works, ensure compliance with the NCC and Australian Standards, and collaborate with contractors and facility managers to improve fire safety.

- Audit and inspect passive fire systems
- Identify non-compliance and produce professional reports
- Review drawings and documentation for compliance
- Provide estimations and costings for remediation works
- Maintain audit registers and checklists
- Travel to client sites across Sydney and NSW
- Experience in passive fire auditing / inspection or fire compliance
- FPAS accredited practitioner
- Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
- Estimating and costing experience for passive fire remediation
- Good communicator with ability to explain technical issues
- Current full driver’s licence
- Supportive team with training, mentoring, and career growth
- Varied projects and sites, keeping your work interesting
- Autonomy to manage your time and workflow with support where needed
