The Role:

This is a newly created position focused on the delivery of passive fire compliance works across commercial assets. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Carrying out passive fire inspections, repairs and rectifications
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
  • Working across commercial buildings to ensure compliance with Australian Standards
  • Producing inspection reports, defect lists and close-out documentation
  • Liaising with site teams, clients and project stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in passive fire services
  • Strong knowledge of passive fire systems including fire stopping, fire doors, penetration sealing and fire collars
  • Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirements
  • Ability to complete compliance documentation and reports accurately
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, client-facing approach with good attention to detail
