We are recruiting for an Plumbing Supervisor to work in a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster. The role will be overseeing a 6 month construction project on a large resources site.

Key Skills

• Experience in a supervisory role previously
• Experience on a mine site construction project
• Experience managing teams of up to 10 tradespeople
• Confident in hydraulics knowledge and skills 
• Confidence in conversing with high level building managers and stakeholders
• Ability to identify leads and negotiate contracts with building managers
• Excellent leadership skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, management and clients
• Great team work ethic

Requirements 

• WA Plumbing Licence
• MUST be able to complete a full medical and drug and alcohol test 
• Drivers licence 
• Construction white card
• Minimum of 5 years post trade experience 
• Management experience
