Presales Engineer – AV Integration + Estimating

Melbourne | Full-time | Salary + Benefits

What you’ll do
  • Drive presales and estimating for AV integration projects.
  • Create winning tenders and precise BOMs that balance technical accuracy with commercial edge.
  • Turn complex requirements into clear designs — block diagrams, scopes, and control logic briefs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, project managers, and commissioning teams to keep every detail aligned.
  • Stay ahead of industry tech — and bring that knowledge into every proposal.
What you bring
  • 3–7 years in AV integration presales/estimating.
  • A track record of winning tenders and keeping project costs within tolerance.
  • Strong grasp of AV signal flow, DSP, control systems (Crestron/AMX/Extron), video walls, and conferencing platforms.
  • Estimating/design tool skills (Excel, D-Tools, Stardraw, AutoCAD/Visio).
  • Confidence presenting solutions to clients and managing multiple bids at once.
