Principal Engineer - Building Services

This leading National Consultancy is well-renowned within the Building Services, Energy Efficiency and Asset Lifecycle sectors and advises clients across a range of diverse business streams.
  
To support their holistic approach to serving client needs, they are seeking someone to lead their provision of world-class Building Services Engineering, Engineering Asset Lifecycle (Facilities Management), Green Star and NABERS advisory services across NSW, VIC & QLD.
  
Your Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong Business Generation and Development Skills – able to drive business and undertake RFP & Client Tender Presentations.
• 5+ years' Consultancy sector experience at a senior level.
• Building Services Engineering (NABERS, ESG, Green Energy).
• Asset Lifecycle Advisory (Data analysis, Asset Audits, predictive modelling).
• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residence

Role Responsibilities

• Strong business development skills to drive Client Relationships with Facilities Management Service Providers, Commercial Building & Retail Owner / Operators, Universities and Government Departments across NSW, VIC & QLD.
• Run a stand-alone, self-funding business division; through client engagement and growth.
• Facilitate improvements to Clients’ Building Services, Green Energy, Efficiency and Facilities Asset Management Lifecycle strategies.
• Lead Building Services Engineering, Asset Management and Technical Consultancy Services to stakeholders to meet and exceed fee revenue generation.
