A high growth start-up, who have been trading (in profit) for the last 4 years, working across a multi-billion dollar industry. They have 15 employees and looking to add a Principal Engineer to the tech team. The last 6 months were huge, as they partnered with a range of enterprise customers allowing them to enter their next growth stage.
About the role
The Principal Engineer will play a pivotal role in the technical direction of the business, who appreciates coding & engineering more than a management role. You will need to be multi disciplined, open minded engineer, not be too interested in the shiny tech but in what works for the problem at hand. You will have a high proficiency in software design and technical leadership.
