We are looking for a driven Print Manager that will oversee day to day team management, training and development of staff and all printing operations for a leading kitchen design and renovations company.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of all printing operations including materials, people and continual improvement of all facets of the printing section of the business
• Scope of work is predominately flat-bed UV printing and vinyl stickers 
• Weekly and monthly meetings with the production and design teams 
• Leadership - collaborate, motivate, engage and mentor staff
• Building strong relationships with internal team 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a similar role or high level of knowledge in printing 
• Experience with UV flat-bed printing and or vinyl stickers is advantageous 
• Ability to work in a team environment
