The Company:
With record growth and potential, my client is a leading global manufacturer of Industrial Automation products. They have a history of success in the energy, process industry, infrastructure, and factory automation sectors. They now seek an experienced Product Manager in Sydney for their Power Supplies product portfolio.

The Role:

• Manage and grow portfolio of power supplies, DC/DC converters, redundancy modules, and uninterruptible power supplies.
• Connecting with the International network of Product Managers to stay abreast of product developments and market opportunities whilst educating various internal stakeholders on trends.
• Identify market opportunities to drive revenue through developing customer-focused offers.
• Provide technical support to staff
• Be involved in Marketing and product training.
• Some interstate travels

The Candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Product Management role
• Ideally with in power supplies, DC/DC converters, redundancy modules, and uninterruptible power supplies with an overall knowledge of turn key systems and solutions.
• Ability to influence across the business with a variety of functions
• A collaborative leadership style that motivates others
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Tertiary qualification, in Marketing or a Business Degree highly desirable. A degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering a must. This is a very technical position.
