In this role, you’ll oversee fabrication, scheduling, and workflow from shop floor to dispatch, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently met.
You’ll be leading a skilled team, managing resources, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
If you know your way around MIG welding, understand the fabrication process end-to-end, and can drive a high-performing, safety-focused culture – this could be your next challenge.
