Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate production estimates, Master BOQs, and house/building cost schedules
• Analyse construction plans and documentation to calculate materials, labor, and variations
• Maintain, update, and review Master BOQs and regional pricing databases
• Collaborate with construction, procurement, and supplier teams to resolve queries and meet schedules
• Identify discrepancies, recommend solutions, and improve estimating systems and processes
• Manage Display Home pricing, upgrades, and VPB entries
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Support deployment and maintenance of Databuild, Framework, and other estimating tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience in residential production estimating
• Proficiency with Databuild, Framework, Buildsoft, or similar software
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers/professionals
