Austcorp Executive are partnering with a manufacturing company that offers leading fabrication and engineering solutions for the mining, defence and rail  industries. 

Off the back of a successful year the team is looking to bring on board a Production Manager for their Perth Branch. This person will oversee the production team, interface between the design and workshop teams and manage client and supply relationships.

As the Production Manager your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to the following:

• Oversee and schedule works for workshop team
• Ensure Quality Assurance Engineering process is followed. 
• Work closely with engineers, production planners, and quality assurance teams to streamline fabrication processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Liaise with clients, customers, workshop personnel, suppliers and internal parties to ensure satisfactory completion of projects

A little bit about you

• Experience in managing manufacturing projects 
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Trade qualified (Preferred) 
• Professional project management qualification or equivalent industry experience
