Our client, a well-established name in precision manufacturing, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead people, streamline processes, and keep the factory floor running at its best. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive efficiency, support teams, and make a visible impact on business performance.
The Role
You’ll own day-to-day production - ensuring jobs are delivered on time, quality standards are met, and safety is never compromised. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll improve workflows, develop team leaders, and embed a positive, high-performance culture.

- Lead, coach and develop production teams and team leaders
- Keep production on track against daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste and manage costs
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth customer delivery
- Own safety, WHS compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecasting and key production KPIs
- Proven production or manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong people leadership with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Commercially minded with experience managing KPIs and budgets
- Committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement
