My client has a workforce of over 250 individuals spread across Australia and New Zealand. At the Ormeau manufacturing facility, I am actively seeking a Production Operator to meet the growing demand and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production lines.
Responsibilities:
My client has a workforce of over 250 individuals spread across Australia and New Zealand. At the Ormeau manufacturing facility, I am actively seeking a Production Operator to meet the growing demand and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production lines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Forklift Prestart checks
- Operate the forklift
- Wrap/Sling rolls
- Prepare Pre Product to maintain efficient line operation and minimize downtime
- Perform data entry and validation
- QA Online Samples
- Monitor line conditions and product quality
- Supervise machine operators' work
- Coordinate, manage, and schedule tasks to optimize equipment and resource utilization for meeting production goals
- Prioritize safety
- Rotating Work schedule: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm - 10-hour shift)
- Mandatory valid Forklift license
- Preferred manufacturing experience
- Experience in continuous production environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and delegation abilities
- Four-day workweek
- Onsite training with our in-house trainers
