My client has a workforce of over 250 individuals spread across Australia and New Zealand. At the Ormeau manufacturing facility, I am actively seeking a Production Operator to meet the growing demand and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production lines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Forklift Prestart checks
• Operate the forklift
• Wrap/Sling rolls
• Prepare Pre Product to maintain efficient line operation and minimize downtime
• Perform data entry and validation
• QA Online Samples
• Monitor line conditions and product quality
• Supervise machine operators' work
• Coordinate, manage, and schedule tasks to optimize equipment and resource utilization for meeting production goals
• Prioritize safety
• Rotating Work schedule: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm - 10-hour shift)

Requirements:

• Mandatory valid Forklift license
• Preferred manufacturing experience
• Experience in continuous production environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proven problem-solving and delegation abilities
