Position Overview: 

Join a leader in timber manufacturing as a Production / Operations Manager. You'll optimize production processes to ensure the efficient and cost-effective creation of high-quality timber products. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in production management within a timber or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performance teams.
• Expertise in modern joinery methods and production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
