About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join the liquid blending production team. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day operations, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Food Safety Standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and instructions accurately, including adherence to the BOM, measuring, and recording quantities.
• Report issues promptly to the Production Team Leader and take corrective action when required.
• Verify labels to ensure the correct product and batch number are picked.
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately, meeting production timelines.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and using equipment safely.
• Work according to all SOPs, SWPs, and follow HACCP and GMP procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Participate in projects to improve productivity, safety, and process efficiency.
• Undertake other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar production or liquid blending role 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and GMP standards preferred.
