Job description

The role is a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary of $70,000 PA + Super.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all administration support to the service department of the business, assisting the project managers to achieve deadlines on tenders and projects around WA. 

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist with invoicing for the Service Department
  • Complete all monthly progress claims for the department
  • Assist with inductions for all staff
  • Assist with paperwork lodgement within the department, such as;
    • O&M Manual’s
    • Minor document control
    • Compiling management reports
  • Assist with procurement as required across the department including order amendments
  • Assist Project Manager’s with general administration tasks
  • Complete all labelling requests within the department
