Project Coordinator
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
Location: Brisbane CBD
Office based.
Our client is a well-established leader in structural steel design, engineering, fabrication, and installation, delivering commercial and industrial projects valued between $500K and $5M.
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their Brisbane-based team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of structural steel packages, requiring strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
This position suits someone who thrives in structured environments, takes ownership of processes, and enjoys keeping projects progressing smoothly.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support projects from award through to completion. Your responsibilities will include RFQs, scheduling, procurement administration, and on-site coordination as required.
You’ll work closely with engineers, suppliers, fabrication teams, and site personnel to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFQs, project tracking, and scheduling activities
- Coordinate procurement and delivery timelines (P2P)
- Prepare and present project documentation for internal and client submissions
- Support site operations and travel to project locations when required
- Liaise with suppliers, engineers, fabrication teams, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret basic CAD or PDF drawing sets
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders
