The Company:
My client is one of Australia’s leading providers of water and wastewater treatment technologies. Operating to world standards they are a market leader providing wastewater treatment services ranging from process design, manufacturer, installation and commissioning through to long term operation and maintenance. They now seek a seasoned Project Engineer to work on WTP & STP projects across QLD.

The Role:
  • Responsible for the design, construct & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant & Waste Water plants
  • The Project management of WTP and/or STP constructions.
  • Responsible for the design of Water treatment and filtration systems
  • Aid and conduct on site commissioning working closely with clients to ensure delivery schedules and objectives are met.
  • Provide consistent and on time communication with customers on project status, variances, and issues to meet their expectations and needs
  • Responsible for project reporting, tenders and estimation processes.

The Candidate:
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in the mining and/or pumping and water treatment industry in a Project Engineering role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Engineering qualification a must.
  • Ability to work away from home and travel
  • A proactive approach with great organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
