Responsibilities include;
- Pricing projects
- Preparing and submitting tenders
- Obtaining supplier quotations
- Preparing bill of quantities
- Ability to work closely with Project Management team
- Developing new business relationships
- Negotiating tenders
The successful candidate will have:
- 3-5 years commercial estimating experience with a high degree of detail and proficiency.
- Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage technical information
- Strong knowledge, understanding of and experience working in project management methodology, techniques and frameworks
- Commercial estimating experience/exposure will be highly regarded but is not essential.
