Based in Melbourne, this role combines on-site coordination with full project delivery responsibilities.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role overseeing end-to-end project delivery, from planning, procurement, and client liaison through to installation, commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for automated conveyor and materials handling systems
- Oversee electrical installation and commissioning works on client sites across VIC and interstate
- Coordinate with internal design, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage subcontractors, site safety, and compliance requirements
- Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation
- Maintain strong client communication and reporting throughout delivery
- Proven experience delivering electrical projects in automation, conveyors, or capital equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical and controls systems used in intralogistics or warehousing environments
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, layouts, and site plans
- Confident managing site-based installation teams and subcontractors
- Practical knowledge of OH&S, SWMS, and site compliance processes
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
