Austcorp are partnered with a leading, nationwide electrical contractor. We are looking for a an Electrical Project Manager to join the team and manage the on-going projects within the fit-out, refurbishment and small construction field ensure that an excellent end result is provided to the clients.

  
 Key Accountabilities

• Managing day-to-day operational aspects delivering projects
• Preparation of scope of works, including budgets and cost plans
• Monitoring construction programmes for your projects
• Direct control in reporting, monitoring labour, materials, plant & equipment and direction of electrical teams
• Direct sub-contractors and oversee contractual compliance
• Arranging production control reports and provide updates to Senior Management
• Monitor and control all budgeted project expenditures ensuring financial records for the project are maintained
• Identify, monitor and respond to project risk
• Attending site meetings as required.
• Represent the business professionally and develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, work colleagues and company officers
• Ensure adherence to all company HSEQ policies, procedures and processes

  

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading a small to medium team of technicians
• Valid WA Electrical Licence
• Experience with Structured Cabling Systems
• Previous experience within the fit-out and building industry
• Commercial acumen and financial management; ability to manage to budgets
• Ability to drive a team
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Professional demeanour
• Provide a positive work culture and lead by example
