Builder / Developer specialising in new construction within the commercial, residential and Industrial spaces seek a Project Manager with class 2 experience to oversee a number of contracts across the Newcastle & Central Coast areas.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a known Builder on projects up to $50M
• covering commercial, mixed-use resi, retail and educational projects
• Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
• Flexible with work hours
• Central Coast and Newcastle vicinity.
• Great Salary on offer plus car, super and bonuses

Must haves:

• Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
• Time served as a Tradesman is preferable
• Must have experience running projects from concept to completion
• Project management experience of up to 5 years. Min 10 years in Construction
• Strong leadership & delegation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
• Ability to run projects to a tight schedule
