Building contractor specialising in renovations, maintenance and upgrades of Schools across Sydney metro seek a Project Manager to oversee Educational projects in Sydney
The Opportunity:
- Working for a known Builder on projects between $500k and $5M
- Reporting directly to the GM of the business.
- Start ASAP
- North Sydney based offices, hybrid working model.
- Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
- Time served as a Tradesman (pref Carpentry)
- Project management experience of a minimum 2 years.
- Strong leadership & delegation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
- Ability to run projects to a tight schedule
