Trade qualified Electrician with 7+ years Project Management / Supervisory experience on Minor Works, Capex and Lifecycle Replacement within commercial / defence or education premises.

Trade qualified Electrician with 7+ years Project Management / Supervisory experience on Minor Works, Capex and Lifecycle Replacement within commercial / defence or education premises.

Outline Duties
Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Electrical Capex projects to $2 million across a large diverse range of clients and portfolio’s, providing key operational planning and direction.
 
Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent building upkeep and Minor Works projects (average $50K to $1M each) across a large portfolio in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice.

Skills and Attributes 
  • Over 10 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 7 years Project Management / Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering Minor and Capital Works to multiple Commercial, Education and Government premises.
  • Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Building De-fits, Re-fits, and replacement / minor works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, and Data / Communications.
  • You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates.
  • Ensure the quality of projects and meeting completion / handover timescales.
