Skills & Experience.
- 5 years experience in a PM role within the Fire industry
- Experience with projects over $500,000+
- MUST HAVE strong knowledge of BCA and fire Australian Standard requirements
- Qualification in Fire, Electrical or Mechanical.
- Proficient computer skills including AutoCad, SimPro, Microsoft office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Australian experience and full working rights are essential
- Manage large projects plus estimation of minor works when needed.
- Managing financial aspect of the project and reporting to the construction manager.
- Managing labor and subcontractors daily
- OHS on site and adhering to company wide protocols
- Training staff and managing client relations
