Building contractor specialising in renovations, fit-outs, refurbs and maintenance of Commercial and Aged care facilities seek a Project Manager to oversee a number of projects across Sydney
The Opportunity:
- Working for a known Builder on projects up to $5M
- Reporting directly to the MD of the business.
- opportunity to Start ASAP
- Flexible with work hours
- Sydney based.
- Great Salary on offer plus car, super and bonuses
- Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
- Time served as a Tradesman (pref Carpentry)
- Will have managed multiple jobs simultaneously
- Project management experience of up to 3 years.
- Strong leadership & delegation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
- Ability to run projects to a tight schedule
