Building contractor specialising in renovations, fit-outs, refurbs and maintenance of Commercial, retail and Medical facilities seek a Project Manager to oversee a number of projects across Sydney

The Opportunity:

• Working for a known contractor on projects up to $10M
• Well structured organisation reporting to the National Construction Manager.
• opportunity to Start ASAP
• Flexible with work hours
• Sydney based.
• Great Salary on offer plus car, super and bonuses 

Must haves:

• Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
• Time served as a Tradesman (pref Carpentry)
• Will have managed multiple jobs simultaneously
• Project management experience of up to 3 years.
• Strong leadership & delegation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
• Ability to run projects to a tight schedule
