A large Building Developer specialising in new construction within the residential high rise apartment blocks seek a Project Manager to oversee a number of contracts across the Melbourne areas.

The Opportunity:

• Project manage large and unique projects from concept to completion
• Flexible with work hours and hybrid model. 
• Melbourne based
• Great Salary on offer plus car, super and bonuses

Must haves:

• MUST have experience with High rise towers
• Possess a Construction Management Degree, Building Diploma or similar qualification
• Time served on the field does benefit this role
• Experience with Medium Density projects is a must
• Will have managed multiple jobs simultaneously
• Project management experience of up to 5 years. Min 10 years in Construction
• Strong leadership & delegation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with construction teams and clients
• Ability to run projects to a tight schedule
