As a Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of high-profile infrastructure projects, from concept through to commissioning. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will manage resources, budgets, and schedules to achieve project objectives, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initial design stages to commissioning and final handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliver on client expectations.
- Track project performance, address risks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, resolve non-conformance issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and inspire project teams to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Specialized Expertise: Odour control, chemical dosing, and bio-gas systems.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing infrastructure projects, preferably within the water or wastewater sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
