Position Objective:

Are you ready to lead high-impact construction projects from concept to completion and be part of a fast-growing, future-focused modular construction company? We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join a thriving Brisbane-based team.
  
This is your opportunity to drive innovation in off-site construction across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and government builds. From early client engagement through to handover, you’ll have real ownership and the backing of an expert team who value initiative, collaboration, and performance.

Must-Haves & Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Guide clients through onboarding, approvals, and construction phases
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Estimating, Procurement, Site) to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
  • Liaise with external engineers, certifiers, and consultants for compliance and approvals
  • Coordinate design documentation, project costing, procurement, and production schedules
  • Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Administer contracts, variations, extensions of time, and risk mitigation
  • Champion project completion and client handover with a focus on quality and communication
What we’re looking for:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management (modular or traditional)
  • Strong understanding of residential or government development projects
  • Experience working on NDIS or community infrastructure projects is highly regarded
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a professional, proactive approach
  • Working knowledge of Australian Standard Contracts (AS4300, AS2124, HIA, MBA)
  • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Aconex or similar)
  • Estimating experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced setting
