Pump Technician – Full Time | Sydney NSW | Company Vehicle Provided | ASAP Start

Location: Sydney NSW | Multiple Sites | Permanent Role

A well-established water infrastructure and plumbing services contractor is currently seeking 2 x Pump Technicians to join their growing service team due to increased workload across Sydney. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering strong hourly rates, company vehicle, overtime, and ongoing training including support to obtain your Restricted Electrical Licence.
This role will suit a hands-on tradesperson with experience in pumps, plumbing, mechanical fitting, or electrical maintenance who enjoys working across multiple sites and being part of a reliable service team.
The Role

• Service, repair and maintenance of water, sewer, stormwater and pump systems
• Fault finding on pumps, motors, control panels and pipework
• Installation and commissioning of pumping equipment
• Attending breakdowns across commercial, industrial and civil sites
• Working across multiple sites throughout Sydney
• Participation in on-call roster and overtime work
• Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
• Following WHS and site safety procedures

Package

• $40 – $52 per hour (depending on experience)
• Super + Company vehicle + Phone
• Paid overtime available
• On-call allowance + penalties
• Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Full-time permanent role
• Training provided including Restricted Electrical Licence (Disconnect / Reconnect)

Requirements

• Trade qualification OR Electrical licence OR Plumbing / Mechanical background
• Manual driver’s licence (essential)
• Experience with pumps, plumbing, mechanical or electrical equipment preferred
• Able to pass police check (no criminal record)
• Willing to complete Restricted Electrical Worker Licence (company paid)
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Reliable and safety-focused attitude
